Onigiri Action is an annual autumn social good campaign connecting the simple act of taking a photo with helping to feed school children in need. Every photo of onigiri, a Japanese rice ball, posted to the campaign website or on social media with #OnigiriAction helps provide five school meals to children in need around the world.

Join JETAARM for a Japanese BBQ party to usher in the start of fall and to celebrate JET returnees. The outdoor event will be held at Oak Park in Arvada on Saturday, September 24th, from 3-6pm. This party is potluck style & BYOB (bring your own non-alcoholic beverage or beer), so please bring a dish to share and any drinks you'd like for yourself. JETAARM will provide some mains and yard games for everyone to enjoy. We'd appreciate RSVPs via this form, but the more the merrier!

May Meetup
Kick-off the spring season by joining us for a laid back evening at Edgewater Public Market on May18th from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
With a variety of food choices and a casual atmosphere, this will be a great chance to meet new JET alumni and catch up with familiar faces. Friends of JET are also welcome!
We'll have table flags so you can find us and depending on the weather we may be seated indoors or outdoors. The last thing to note is this is a 'buy your own food and drink' event. Any last minute updates will be posted to FB! We hope to see you there.

On December 31st, we will be holding a Shinnenkai (新年会), a Japanese party to celebrate the new year and make promises to each other to do our best for 2022 while wishing each other good luck and fortune.
