Tohoku Tomo Screening

JETAA Rocky Mountain is excited to announce a special screening of the film TOHOKU TOMO at the SIE Film Center (2510 E. Colfax, Denver) at 2pm on Sunday, March 15th.

TOHOKU TOMO is a film about the aftermath of the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami on the Tohoku region – but rather than focusing on the destruction and loss, it showcases the results of the recovery efforts and the hope that has re-infused the area, offering an inspirational and uplifting take on where things stand now.
As a special bonus, director and JET Alum Wesley Julian will be present to discuss the making of the film and a Q&A session afterwards.

We would like to use this opportunity to raise money for helping Tohoku rebuilding efforts, and suggest a minimum donation of $10 which will go to the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund, supporting recovery efforts in the Tohoku region. JETAA Rocky Mountain is offering concession tickets for a soda and popcorn to the first 80 people who make a donation. Please click the donate button below to make your contribution and reserve your concession ticket!
